OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It would be greatly appreciated if you take note of these terms and conditions for us to have a smooth working relationship:
- We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy in place, which all clients are expected to adhere to.
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 2 days notice is recommended, in order for me to book someone else in your place.
- In the event of a late cancellation, that is within 24 hours of the session time, you will still be charged the full session fees.
- Recurring Rescheduling of your appointments and not honouring your booking several times will result in a penalty fee of 30% of the session fee.
- There are no refunds on paid up sessions. If you decide not to attend the session on the date of your appointment and early notice was given, then you will be given a credit to use the session within 3 months of the initial booking.
- Reports are only provided to students who book for the Brain Gym intial assessment. If you require any progress reports on your child then a separate fee is required.
- I do not provide any feedback reports to adults or students after every session. If you require one, this is a special request that will be rendered to you at an extra fee. Adults - R500 and Kids - R300 per feedback email.
- Showing up more than 15 minutes late for a session, will be charged as extra time or you will receive a shorter session.
- Any extra time that you require during a session will be at your own expense. Therefore it will be charged as an add on to the session and you will be billed for extra time according to the appointment session type.
- Payment is required to be paid with booking or at least 2 working days before the session date. Proof of payment is required for your session to be confirmed.
- International Clients can pay via credit card on Paypal. South African Clients can via EFT. The preferred method of payment is EFT because of the lower bank charges. I discourage cash payments because payment is required in advanced.

- The Clarity in-take form is a prerequisite to attend the session. Please complete the online form correctly when making your booking online. The purpose of this form is for you to gain clarity on your intention and to receive the most benefit out of the session.
- I would like to keep our relationship professional. Please contact me within working hours only. I take calls and enquiries Monday to Friday only from 10am until 4pm. You may leave a message or email if you can’t get hold of me, and I will reply to you at the soonest.
- OUR PRIVATE POLICY: ALL CLIENTS' INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DETAILS ARE SAFE AND CONFIDENTAL. I PROMISE TO UPHOLD PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT DURING CLIENT-COACH RELATIONSHIP.
