To turn your juices in to a smoothie, you can blend in an avocado to the green juices or a banana to the others.
I use a juice extractor and drink just the pure juice. It’s best to drink it once it has been freshly made or you may keep it in the fridge and have the balance the next day. Some people make quantities and freeze it for the whole week – that’s also an option but I prefer drinking it FRESH daily to absorb the pure nutrients!
